Holy Trinity Hot Lunch Program
October 6, 2017 – January 26, 2018
(Grades K-7)

The hot lunch program will be offered every Wednesday and Friday this year and will include your choice of either pizza from DJJ’s Pizza and sushi/Asian lunch from Sushi Katsu and DJJ’s Pizza and Presto Catering on Fridays. If you decide to participate in the hot lunch program, you may purchase lunch for Wednesday and Fridays or have the option of just once a week.


   

How to Register:

  • Click the "Register Here" button above to create a family account.
  • The system will guide you through to adding children to your account.
  • After registering a family account, you can return anytime by clicking the "Login Here" button.

How to Order:
  • Click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order
  • Checkmark items that you wish to order. As in the past, please encourage your child to choose one type of pizza per hot lunch day.
  • Click the GREEN ARROW to add items. To increase the quantity of any item, click the Edit Qty button.
  • Click “Next Menu >” to continue to the next menu

Menu Rotation:
You will be presented with 5 menus (Wednesday Menus 1 & 2, Friday Menus 1 & 2 and Hot Dog Day).   Both Wednesday menus and both Friday menus contain the same food choices for that day.  They simply rotate to give you maximum opportunity for variety.  You can order the same item from each menu or you can vary your choices. Please select from ALL FOUR menus if you wish to have a lunch on both Wednesdays and Fridays. If you wish to have lunch only on Wednesdays or only on Fridays, only choose from those particular menus.


Payment information:
Payment is by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) ONLY.  NO CASH and NO cheques.

Payment is now due immediately upon placing your order.  If you exit the system after ordering without payment, the system will automatically cancel your order.  You will receive a confirmation email immediately that your payment went through.

Dates to remember:
  • September 14, 2017: Online lunch ordering opens
  • September 28, 2017: Online lunch ordering closes at 8:00pm (please note that we cannot process late orders)
  • PAYMENT DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON ORDERING!  If you exit Munchalunch without payment, the system will automatically cancel your child’s order and your child will not receive lunch

Important Information - Please Read
  • Please be sure to order items you know your child will enjoy.   We are unable to make changes to orders at any time.
  • Late orders will not be accepted.
  • Please note that the hot lunch committee cannot accommodate "make-up lunches". If your child is sick or away on vacation, and you wish to pick up the lunch; please make arrangements with the school office before noon on hot lunch day; otherwise, consider it a donation.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds.
