Returning Families

PLEASE MARK IN YOUR CALENDARS AND PLAN TO ATTEND:

RE-REGISTRATION NIGHT:

Tues. February 21, 2017 3:00 - 5:00pm  OR/

Thurs. February 23, 2017 7:00 - 8:00pm

* Please bring your completed Re-Registration package to one of the dates listed above.  We ask that you DO NOT send it with your child to school as we need to go through the package with you.

Please refer to the "check list" to help you ensure the Re-Registration Package is complete.  Please make sure all required forms are completed and signed and that ALL CHEQUES are included, as incomplete packages will not be accepted.

You will need at least 11 cheques for the following:

  1. Registration Fee
  2. September Tuition
  3. “Void” Cheque for Direct Debit
  4. Activity Fee
  5. Emergency Fee
  6. 6 P.P.P. Cheques
  7. families with a student in Gr. 7 will need extra cheque(s) for Outdoor School

* October 2017 – June 2018 tuition can be paid in one lump sum or via direct debit.

Please make sure to keep the office informed of any changes in contact information (ie: phone, email or address) by  making any needed corrections on the Student Verification Form.
