Ticket Prices:

• $99.00 - Golfer (includes dinner)

• $55.00 for dinner only

• $1,000 - Hole Sponsors (includes 1 golfer)

• $5,000 - Event Sponsor (includes 4 golfers & 4 dinners)

• Auction Prize or Donation (email golf@holytrinityschool.ca. )

2. Print out the form below, fill out the form and deliver it to the school office with your payment.
